Sniper rifles like the Double Eagle M62 are ideal for a variety of reasons. One of the most important factors is that they are affordable. Having a low starting cost makes it very easy to upgrade this rifle without worrying about the cost vs. performance tradeoff.
The rifle is also quite lightweight, so you can carry it all day long or use it in conjunction with a sidearm.
The M62 comes out of the box firing at 400FPS, and comes included with a Magazine and Speedloader, which is everything you need to get started. It is ready to use right out of the box, but it will work best with heavyweight BBs (0.3g+) to maximize its performance.
By moving the Trigger Lock Safety, the Rifle can be made safe and its trigger won’t be able to be pulled.
The Sniper Rifle comes with an adjustable HOP, which is crucial to getting the best performance out of the rifle. Test different settings to determine which setting yields the most accurate flight path for the specific BB you’re using. To adjust the HOP, simply move the slider near the handguard once the rifle is fully built.
By inserting additional (or fewer) Stock Spacers, you can adjust the Stock length as required. The Cheek Rest on the Stock can be adjusted to suit the user, and allows you to repeatedly return to your scope in the fastest time possible. The Stock also has a front and rear Sling Loop for you to make use of, making it far easier to carry throughout the day and use another gun in combination.
The M62 has a 20mm underside rail which can be used to install a Bipod, Laser, or any compatible accessory to enhance performance, and a 20mm Railed Receiver allows you to install a huge range of Scopes, Sights, or again, anything you can find that is compatible.
