Shipping & Delivery

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of £10 for all orders within the UK, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days. This covers as many items as you purchase in a single transaction from our shop.

Please note: Some items are fulfilled directly from our external warehouse. These products are clearly marked with the tag “DRSH”. If your order contains items from both our shop stock and our warehouse stock, a separate £10 shipping fee will be applied for the warehouse items, resulting in a total shipping cost of £20.

For example, if you order three items from our shop and two items from our warehouse (marked with “DRSH”), the shipping cost will be £20. This is because we need to process and ship two separate parcels to fulfil your order.


Returns & Refunds

At New Tech Airsoft, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We adhere to all UK consumer protection laws regarding returns and refunds.

Your Statutory Rights

  • Faulty, Mis-described, or Unfit for Purpose Items: You are entitled to a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it’s supposed to. This applies whether the item was purchased at full price or in a sale.
  • Online, Mail, and Phone Orders (Distance Selling): As an online retailer, we operate under ‘distance selling’ regulations. This means you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you have informed us of your wish to cancel, you have another 14 days to return the items. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You do not need to provide a reason for the return.

When a Refund May Not Be Required

We are not legally obligated to offer a refund if:

  • You were aware of a fault before you purchased the item.
  • The item was damaged by you attempting to repair it yourself or by a third party.
  • You simply change your mind and no longer want the item (unless you purchased it without seeing it, as per distance selling rights above).

Please be aware that for certain items, a refund is only available if the item is faulty. This includes:

  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Newspapers and magazines.
  • Unwrapped CDs, DVDs, and computer software.

Repairs and Replacements

If you discover a fault after you have accepted an item, we may be required to repair or replace it.

  • If you return a faulty item within 6 months of purchase, we must repair or replace it unless we can prove it was not faulty when you bought it.
  • If you request a repair or replacement after 6 months, we may ask you to prove that the item was faulty when you bought it.
  • You have up to 6 years (5 years in Scotland) to make a claim for an item you have purchased from us.

Warranties & Guarantees

Your statutory rights for free repairs or a replacement are the same regardless of whether a product has a warranty or guarantee. We may still need to repair or replace goods even after a warranty has expired.

Proof of Purchase

To process a return or refund, we may ask for proof of purchase. This can be a sales receipt, a bank statement, or other evidence that you bought the item from us.

Returns from Third Parties

We can only accept returns from the person who originally purchased the item.

Important Notice

It is illegal for any business to display a notice that misleads customers about their legal rights, such as a sign stating “No returns or refunds.” We are committed to upholding your rights as a consumer.
